Qualifications Include:
- Real Time Workforce Management Experience
- Adaptability and Familiarity with Multiple Computer Programs
- Analytical background and experience
- Working knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong interpersonal and team-oriented mind set
- Performance management experience
- Experience within a contact/call center environment
- Bachelors Preferred but NOT Required
