Payroll Administrative Assistant

Job Description:

• This individual will be supporting the HR team with payroll functions. They will perform data entry from a variety of source documents and entering them into Excel spreadsheets.
• They will also be working with employees on inaccurate checks, missing hours, and garnishments.
• Kronos will be heavily utilized to run hours reports and overtime reports.

Qualifications:

• Must have experience with Kronos
• Previous experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
• Good organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Previous payroll and/or data entry experience

Details:

• Long-term contract
• Hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-4:30pm
• Pay is $15/hr
• Location is Elizabethtown, KY
