About this job
Our client, a leading Financial Services firm, is looking to add Brokerage Support Representatives to their home office in St. Louis.
Representatives will respond to inbound calls and electronic requests, from firm partners across North America. Calls will range in theme from account activations, status update requests, compliance questions, password resets, etc.
Qualified applicants will possess at least a high school diploma. Qualified applicants will have 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center setting. Applicants must be available between 7:00am and 7:00pm, Monday through Friday.
