Market Specialist - Full-time / Part-time

Partnering with a industry leading reporting firm. They are expanding their presence in Latin America and adding additional employees throughout 2018. This position is initially an entry level position but will quickly expand in to two other roles depending on the candidates abilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Source and collect industrial construction project data and generate basic reports for clients.
• This position is comprised of approximately 70% report generation, 20% internet research and 10% computer database searching and evaluation.

• Must have initiative, and be dedicated, resourceful, and dependable.
• An enthusiasm for using internet search techniques to unearth project information, and an
  inquisitive nature and drive to locate new and different methods of finding leads.
• The most successful project reporters have a positive mental attitude, tenacity, resiliency,
  and a good sense of humor.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of full-time, stable work experience
• High attention to detail
• Excellent computer skills, with knowledge of searching user groups, news groups, news sources, and company websites on the internet
• Mastery knowledge of managing the input and output of data in a database program.
• Preferred: Knowledge of the construction industry
