Principal Responsibilities:

Responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Generating, reviewing, and issuing Batch Production Records, product labeling, and label reconciliation to support tissue production and disposition.
  • Assigning, tracking, and aiding in the management of Quality System documents, including document change control requests, equipment change control requests, deviations, investigation requests, rework requests, and supplier monitoring requests.
  • Scanning, filing, and archiving of quality documents to support the quality program operation.
  • Generating, tracking, and issuing approved quality documents for use in day to day operations, such as standard operating procedures, specifications, and protocols and reports, through the quality system.
  • Participating in the tracking and maintenance of the training program documentation.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Biology or related field and/or equivalent pharmaceutical / biotechnology / tissue bank experience.
  • Basic understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Quality Systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to adapt to constant change and work effectively in abstract environment.
  • Ability to be self-motivated and detail-oriented.
