Our client has openings for Ammonia Technicians, maintenance mechanics, & electricians to fill a brand new facility!
Ammonia Technician:
Maintain, install, and troubleshoot refrigeration compressors, condensers, pumps, valves, vessels, recirculators, purgers, evaporators, RMAU's, and heat exchangers
Maintain control valves and isolation valves
Adhere to all GMP safety practices and regulations
Monitor and adjust Ammonia systems for pressure and temperature
Follow GMP regulated safety practices
Maintenance Mechanic:
Perform preventative maintenance, installation and repair of grinders, conveyors, photo eye sensors, blenders, printers, labelers, freezers, and various other production equipment
Maintain 3 phase motors, servos, pumps, drives, relays, and electrical controls
Work with PLC's, blueprints, and electrical drawing to diagnose issues with equipment
Work with hydraulics and pneumatic systems
Perform Welding and fabrication for repair work
Operate a forklift or scissor lift as needed
Follow GMP regulated safety practices
Facilities Maintenance:
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on blowers, boilers, air compressors, condensers, evaporators, valves, vessels, RO systems, piping and water pumps
Repair and maintain roll up doors, sliding doors, air doors, lighting, plumbing, etc
They are responsible for all Facilities Maintenance including HVAC
Monitor and adjust Amonia systems for pressure and temperature
Follow GMP regulated safety practices
