Inside Sales Assistant

APPLY NOW! We are currently seeking an amazing candidate for an exciting Sales Assistant role with a great company in North Reno/ Stead area. This person will be responsible for the following:

The Inside Sales Assistant is an experienced Customer Service Rep/Admin that will;

• Take calls filtered by the sales team to take orders.
• This position is essentially an "order taker" for support equipment and supplies.
• Must be able to locate an existing customer within the database, take an order, locate the part and complete the purchase order.
• This person will receive help and guidance from an experienced sales person but will not be responsible for sales metrics, up sells, prospecting, etc.
• Must have excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft office and be computer savvy.
