Job Description:
Responsible for reviewing billing statements from clients, catching billing errors, logging those errors, reaching out to the client inform them and work with the client to resolve the billing error and pay the bill.
Qualifications:
- Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook
- Great customer service skills
- Ability to communicate professionally
- Great attitude!
Hours: Full time! Monday through Friday 8AM to 4:30PM (flexibile).
We offer an 88 cent raise after 13 weeks, benefits 30 days after that and full eligibility to apply for other positions within the company after 6 months of employment. The opportunity is endless!
