Job Description:
- Looking for 20 general production workers
- Positions range from painter operators, H furnace loader, furnace inspectors, cnc operator, warehouse, general pre furnace inspector,
- Painter Operators: candidates will load glass onto table and operate a machine that coats the glass with a tint and put a silk screen on it. The machine has a brush on it to put coat on glass.
- H Furnace Loader: candidates will load raw glass into furnace and remove processed glass
- Pre furnace inspector: Inspect raw unprocessed glass before it is put into the furnace. Typically using just their vision. Candidates will also inspect glass for quality and imperfections. They put the glass onto an illuminated board that will show any defects in the glass.
- CNC Operators: candidates will place processed glass onto machine that puts holes into glass. the candidates will read a print that tells them how to properly setup machine and align the glass for holes
- Boxing: candidates will build boxes and packaging for the glass. will wear leather gloves to maneuver the glass. will also use drills, saws and basic woodworking
- Warehouse: general shipping and receiving of the raw and processed glass. candidates with mechanical background could also create the shipping containers for the finished materials
- L81, L82, L83, L84, Operator: candidates will typically operate various machinery cut and grind glass to size

Work Environment:
- $12 on 1st shift
- $1 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift
- 1st shift 6:45a to 3:15p
- 2nd shift 2:45p to 11:15p
- 3rd shift 10:45p to 7:15a
- Should expect to work 45hrs to 60hrs a week
- If picking up overtime will come in 4hrs early or stay 4hrs late
- Will work 2 Saturdays a month
- No Sundays

Qualifications:
MUST HAVES:
- MUST HAVE 2+ months of manufacturing experience
- MUST be able to lift 5lbs to 40lbs consistently
- MUST be willing to work overtime
- MUST be willing to work 2nd or 3rd shift
- MUST be willing to learn to read a tape measure
- MUST be willing to learn to use micrometers, calipers and gauges

Performance Expectations:
- Will be evaluated each day for attendance, ability to keep up with orders, ability to work OT, attitude

Additional Compensation:
- 1.5x after 40hrs
