CNC Lathe Operator

The CNC Machine Operator will for the production side of the machine shop and also participate in some bench work operations for the machine shop.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience as a CNC Machine Operator
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications, perform own set-ups and machine the part to drawings and specifications
• Proficient in the use of machinist hand tools and measuring instruments
• Possesses the written, verbal and interaction skills necessary to work both independently and cooperatively
• Willing to learn new machines and software
• We will train the CNC Machine Operator on how to perform set-ups with our machines

Preferred Experience:

• CNC control programming and operation
• Graduate in a machine tool technology program, machinist apprenticeship program or completion of a Trade School program
