Production Lead (Operator III)

Seeking to hire a Production Lead (Operator Level III) for a growing medical device manufacturing company!

Job Description: The Operator 3 is an employee that will transition to a lead role eventually. This person is working on the manufacturing line, supervising operations and providing feedback to employees on performance and processes that need to be followed. They will be communicating with supervisors daily and will occasionally meet with managers. They will interact with research and development and quality. The production work will be done in a clean room environment. They will also be responsible for participating in meetings occasionally.

Qualifications:

• Previous lead experience is strongly preferred
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Medical device manufacturing HUGE PLUS
• Able to communicate effectively with employees at different levels, from entry level to manager
• Must be very familiar with computers and communicating through email as needed
• HS Diploma/GED required
