High Mountain Pies, in Leadville, Colorado, serves the best pizza in the mountain region.
We are looking for a couple of energetic cooks to join us in our journey towards excellence.
Our pizza cooks are responsible for daily prep and dough making. You must posess or be able to learn basic knife skills and customary kitchen practices. We assemble pizzas for the oven at a fast pace in a cozy little open kitchen in the highest incorporated city in the U.S. You need to be able to stand and work for up to 8 hours at a time. You must be able to work quickly and accurately while maintaining your cool under pressure. We use quality ingredients in creative combinations to continually exceed the expectations of our guests. You will need to learn our recipes and procedures and implement them as requested.
