Window Cleaners $13/hour & up - Full-time

We are seeking a Gutter/Window Cleaning Technician to join our team! Please read this entire ad, and follow the directions at the bottom. If you don't do this, you will not be considered for the position.

compensation: $13 per hour to start. Most employees earn $15 per hour at the end of six months.

If you answered "Yes" to these questions, window & gutter cleaning may be the perfect job for you! You will also be pressure washing homes, driveways, and patios. We provide paid training at $13/hour for 2-4 weeks. After you have gotten to the point where you can go out and complete jobs on your own, you will receive $14 per hour. From there, you can continue to receive rapid raises depending on your productivity and value to the company. We provide 4 paid holidays after the first year, personal paid time off, and bonuses. You will also receive tips for excellent service from our clients. In addition, we offer a matching IRA retirement plan and supplemental health benefits. Qualified employees can also use one of our company vehicles to use on the job and take home at night.

You must be clean cut, honest, reliable, friendly, courteous, take pride in your work, and have attention to detail. You must be at least 19 years of age, comfortable working from heights, and own and have the sole control of a reliable vehicle and have a clean California Driver's license.
