Working within HR Process and Technology, you will provide oversight and team leadership to core HR systems responsible for general system support, configuration, security, process design, data accuracy, analytics, and integrations with internal/external vendors. You will provide leadership to your team, consulting with business partners to research, document, implement and execute new and/or revised HR programs and systems. Proactively analyze and present information and data in a context appropriate to evaluate ongoing programs, strategic priorities and Company directives. We’ll support you along the way with robust onboarding, as well as personal and career development, to help you grow as a strong Senior Manager, Process & Technology. The exciting part of retail? • Lead day to day systems support including troubleshooting data and systems issues, recommending solutions and implementing enhancements and fixes in systems per governance guidelines
• Manage ongoing system configuration and participate in configuration design sessions in Workday
• Work with Product Team and stakeholders on implementing and testing system changes
• Develop efficient end to end business processes in Workday based on business requirements
• Stay informed of and provide enhancement ideas into the Workday roadmap
• Mentor, guide, motivate, and develop junior configuration resources
• Develop relationships with key stakeholder and subject matter experts
• Drive continuous people, process and technology improvements
 
About you:
• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
• Five+ years of related experience working in/ supporting a core HCM system (i.e. Workday, PeopleSoft)
• Demonstrated leadership skills or previous leadership experience
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge in systems management (configuration, integrations, security)
• Strong problem solving skills
• Strong system skills and technical aptitude/interest
• Ability to facilitate communication between business and tech teams
• Proven ability to problem solve and proactive issue resolution with a high level of initiative
• Delivers timely and quality work while demonstrating effective work prioritization
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence others
• Workday configuration experience and previous leadership experience preferred
