We are looking for a Regional Clinical Supervisor to contribute to building a culture of commitment to Resurgens’ purpose and values and who can motivate employees to perform at their best by inspiring teamwork, pride, and trust.

Responsibilities

In the role of Regional Clinical Supervisor you will have technical oversight of clinical staff and clinical functions and will:

  • Develop and supervise the clinical performance of clinical staff to include RNs, LPNs, Medical Assistants, Orthopedic Technologists, Cast Technicians and Clinic Assistants
  • Conduct  one on one meetings every other month with each clinical staff member
  • Supervise, and/or serve as, OSHA Safety Officer at each site, ensuring adherence to requirements
  • Audit high risk patient charts quarterly
  • Monitor TouchWorks Task completion by clinical staff
  • Assist Clinical Trainer with continued training of new clinical staff; identify staff who require additional training
  • Train staff on new clinical initiatives
  • Assist with/resolve issues arising from or related to clinic including patient complaints
  • Oversee clinical staff work schedule, attendance, and PTO in coordination with Site Manager
  • Serve as a back-up clinical float for the region, both to fill in and to serve as a method of evaluation the regular clinical staff member(s)
  • Participate with Site Manager in the interview and selection of candidates for clinical staff vacancies.
  • Participate with the Site Manager in conducting annual performance evaluation of all assigned clinical staffand participate in counseling
Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is passionate about healthcare and leading and developing others. You will need to be a Certified Medical Assistant or Orthopedic Technologist or a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse. We are also looking for a minimum five years of experience in increasingly responsible clinical positions and can show your propensity to lead others.

 

Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, technical skills and the ability to inspire and motivate others are all key attributes that we seek.
