Quality Control Inspector for medical device company located in the Irvine CA area.

Pay to $14-19/hr, depending on experience. This is a long-term project, full-time hours, Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm, with possibility of being hired. Company will complete drug screen prior to start.

Responsibilities:
In-process and Incoming/Receiving Inspection for medical devices (cardiology and peripheral catheters).
Inspect incoming component using technical drawings and measurement tools; micrometer, pin gages. ruler, caliper, optical comparator per company preferred.
Generate non-conformance reports for nonconforming product per company protocol W ork with shipping to receive incoming product
Communicate with team leads, supervisors, co-workers, and auditors as it relates to job duties and product issues.
Inspect product during manufacture using microscopes and measuring equipment.
Be responsible for updating calibration log and ensuring equipment is calibrated on time.
Skillful and safe operation of job-related equipment.
Work on your feet for up to 8 hours each day.
Alternate assembling of catheters with inspection, depending on flow of work orders

Requirements:

Min 1 year Catheter Medical Device Assembly

Must have prior experience with Quality Control of Catheter medical devices.
