SUMMARY
Attendant operates powered lift to move materials, supplies and product within the plant.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Previous forklift experience preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
OSHA approved forklift and/or clamp truck certification.
Pay: $12 hourly day shifts/ $12.50 night shifts
Schedule: 2 days on 2 days off
1st Shift: 6:45 AM - 7:00 PM
2nd Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:00 AM
SUMMARY
Attendant operates powered lift to move materials, supplies and product within the plant.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Operates powered lift safely. Maintains powered lift. Completes daily, safety inspection and check sheet.
- Transports roll stock and/or packaged product to proper location in the warehouse.
- Delivers correct rollstock (color & size) to machines on the production floor when operating the clamp truck.
- Knows and understands all different products, finished goods and rollstock (product count on pallets, rollstock size in relation to product line being run, etc.)
- Understands and follows the established warehouse layouts, spacing and clearances.
- Knows and recognizes quality (wrong bag or box with wrong product, deformed product, and faded color.) Communicates any problems to supervisor.
- Completes housekeeping duties in the warehouse.
- Follows and participates in plant safe housekeeping guidelines designed to ensure a safe work environment.
- Remains compliant with SQF / HACCP requirements as per this location’s written “Food Safety & Quality Policy”
