House Sitting Wanted - Loving Dog Looking For Loving Sitter While Her Pack Is Away, Seeking House Sitter - Full-time / Part-time

Our Loving Dog, Penny, really enjoys making new friends and having someone new come stay with her. We offer full amenities of our home in North San Antonio including in ground pool/spa, BBQ Grill, Large backyard/lot, Full Entertainment Living Room, gated/safe community great for walking/running, Private Guest Bedrooms, etc. to our House/Dog Sitter. We are also willing to provide a vehicle for use during the stay on case by case basis and we have a cleaning lady that will take care of all of the light cleaning to be sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. We love our home and aim to share it with the right House/Dog Sitter. We would like a long term relationship with a sitter to facilitate Penny making a new long term friend that will care for her like their own when we travel. We prefer not to board her as we know it is stressful for her and she has come back from boarding several times with Kennel Cough, etc. Penny is EXTREMELY well behaved in all aspects except being on the leash and sometimes can be possessive about her food/food bowl with other dogs. She is house trained and will ask to go outside, eat dinner, come inside, etc. She does not get on the furniture and will go lay down when told. She loves to go outside and will entertain herself in the yard on warm sunny days. Please let us know if you would be interested in meeting Penny! We have only a few responsibilities... We require someone stays at our home as Penny is a social dog - Other than that, feed Penny twice a day, keep an eye on the house/property, check mail if we are out of town for more than 7 days, respond to email/text/calls if we should want an update while we are gone, and most importantly, HAVE FUN! We have given this a lot of thought and due to extremely easy nature of what is required and what we provide, we are willing to pay a MAXIMUM of $20 per day for short stays and negotiate a lower rate on longer stays. We are providing a lot to our house sitters and these items are very expensive to provide and even more so when we are gone. If you need/want to be paid more than $20 per day, please do NOT respond.
