Sitter Wanted - Belltown Nanny Needed - Full-time / Part-time

A family in the Belltown area of Seattle is looking for a Nanny/Family Assistant for their two girls whom are 3 months and 2 years of age. This family can be described as active and on the go! They love travelling the world and spend a lot of their time outdoors (running, yoga, playing at the beach, and skiing in the mountains). They also love cooking, music, and hockey. Their toddler enjoys a variety of classes, park time, and all the fun activities Seattle has to offer. In addition to the girls they have a well-behaved labradoodle, that would love a walk and some cuddles on occasion. They are looking for a gentle, loving, patient, positive, and active person to grow with and have fun with their family! Someone interested in a long term partnership would be ideal. They are looking for a nanny to give their family more flexibility, and to enable mom to spend more focused, quality time with each of her girls. There will be times where they would want the nanny to be caring for both children (mom is starting her own business), though mom expects to be spending a fair amount of time taking one of the children out individually. Flexibility, partnership, and pro-activeness are some of the key traits they are looking for in a nanny. Someone who would enjoy helping with light housework related to the family, who can provide meals/meal prep, and errands. Having flexibility to provide care for occasional date nights, travel, and overnights would be amazing. The position is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, ideally 9a to 5p. They have flexibility on the start and end time. They will be offering between $24 and $28 ph, guaranteed hours, accrued paid sick pay, paid holidays, a parking space, and 1 week accrued PTO of the nannies choice and 1 week PTO of the parents choice. They are looking for someone to start as soon as the right candidate comes along. Their current nanny will be pursuing a new career and had wonderful things to say about them.
