Housekeeping Wanted - Housekeeping Turnover Specialist Casita Concierge, Seeking Housekeeper

Coveted Casitas is an Airbnb vacation rental company founded and located in Albuquerque, NM. We are looking for reliable, trustworthy individuals to join our team. We care deeply about our guests and want to create lasting relationships with persons who take pride in their work and want to be part of a winning team. This position will be 5 hours per week, depending on your availability and motivation. 95 percent of work must be conducted between 11am and 4pm. Responsibilities: - Cleaning property inside and out upon turnover - Taking inventory and restocking consumables - Light maintenance, such as changing light bulbs (within reach), batteries, and filters - Other duties as assigned by Coveted Casitas Experience/Skills/Education: - 2 years housekeeping experience in the hospitality sector (recommended) - Excellent communication skills - High attention to detail - Must be able to make a bed high-end hotel-style (triple sheeted) and perform excellent staging, set-up, and guest prep - Positive attitude, happy, self-motivated - Must have ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 35lbs without assistance. - Must be able to climb stairs, bend at the waist, get down on knees, and reach overhead. - Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time. - Must pass criminal background check, have a clean driving record, and pass a drug test. - Must have reliable transportation - High school diploma or equivalent Individuals will be 1099 independent contractors; not employees of Coveted Casitas.
