QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Required: 2 - 3 Years - Scheduling experience in an In Home Care environment or similar fast pace dispatch/scheduling environment
  • Required : 2 - 3 Years - Experience leading and managing a team
  • Required: Can navigate windows easily and learn new programs quickly. Must be self-sufficient in handling complex computing tasks.
  • Required: Excellent Background Record


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES

  • Create and maintain client and CAREGiver schedules with an emphasis on creating high quality matches and the development of extraordinary relationships.
  • Provide leadership and management of staffing department(Team of 5) which affect operational efficiency and achievement of the operational goals.
  • Daily lead/coordinate with other staffers to create staffing plan to meet company objectives
  • Lead Scheduling process and expectations in Orientation
  • Manage outcomes of department activities and direct changes that will drive achievement of operational goals.
  • Develop and maintain positive and professional relationships with referral sources in the community.
  • Recognize and capture opportunities to increase service hours in scenarios to enhance and/or increase quality care.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are implemented and communicated to all employees.
  • Manage conflict, creative in solving staffing and scheduling concerns or problems
  • Daily provide excellent Customer Service: You truly believe the customer is always right and will do all measures to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Daily Fast, efficient, and creative in solving problems and puzzles relating to people and logistics.
  • Daily Maintain a high energy level with the ability to multi-task with a high level of accuracy at a very fast pace

SCHEDULE
· Monday through Friday 8-5pm
· On-call as needed
