About this job
We are currently needing a mature and friendly female CAREGiver that can provide long term help for a male c lient. Dementia experience is needed for this client.. We provide non-medical in-home services for seniors in southern Utah. We have part time weekday shifts available.
Some of the services we provide are:
- Companionship and conversation
- Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Medication and appointment reminders
- Assistance with grooming and bathing
- Assistance with toileting and incontinence issues
- Transportation
- Alzheimer's Care
Requirements to be a CAREGiver:
- Must live in the St. George vicinity
- Must have a reliable vehicle to transport clients in
- Valid driver's license and valid auto insurance
- Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
- Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
- Complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen
Starting wages are $10.75 with a current CNA certificate, $10.00 without.
