Staff Management in partnership with nVent in Anoka, Minnesota is seeking qualified candidates for an ISO Auditor. The ISO Auditor will be responsible for processing and maintaining the Quality ISO Audit Program. This individual will administer and support the necessary processes and procedures that ensure all audits and corrective actions meet requirements. Send resume to: spacholl@smxstaffing.com.

Duties: Acts as the Process Owner for the overall internal Quality Audit program Determines the overall internal audit schedule, and develops and improves the audit tools and monitors audit performance Reviews and modifies the audit corrective action plans as appropriate Acts as the Quality representative during External Audits Serves as a QMS expert related to audits and findings Determines the overall internal audit schedule, and develops and improves the audit tools and monitors audit performance Assigns and/or performs additional special audits as appropriate Prepare quality reports as necessary Continuously improve QMS processes and procedures.

Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree with five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience 5+ years as a QMS Lead Auditor in ISO 9001; 2008/2015 or API-Q1, including support to multiple facilities 3+ years in the Manufacturing industry At least 10 audits with a total of 30 days (Must be full system or complete audits.
