Full Time Assisted Living Manager First Shift (LPNs only)

Your responsibilities:
* Responsible for providing overall leadership and management of the Assisted Living resident care staff within assigned community
* Oversee the assisted living operations and directs the day-to-day functions of staff in accordance with current rules, regulations and guidelines that govern the community
* Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis as well as a calm environment throughout the department
* Review medication cards for completeness and accuracy in the transcription of the physician"s order and adherence to stop order policies
* Meet with staff and support personnel to plan and schedule shifts, services, programs and activities
Required skills and qualifications:
* High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required
* LPN license in the state of practice
* One year of experience in an assisted living, long term care or hospital setting, including experience with the senior population
* Demonstrate computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, and Excel)
* Flexibility with schedule
* Must enjoy working with the senior population
