The Reserves Network is currently seeking a (Mechanical Assembler) in the Tampa, FL area to assemble fabricated metal pieces.

Job duties:

         Construct, assemble or rebuild metal products.

         Inspect, operate and test products to verify functioning, capabilities and conformance to specifications.

         Position and align components for assembly.

         Set and verify parts clearances.

         Rework, repair and replace damaged parts.

         Read and interpret blueprints and manuals and plan assembly or building operations.

         Maintain and lubricate parts and components.

         Position parts and subassemblies using templates or reading measurements.

         Resolve assembly problems.

         Conduct tests and inspections of products, services and processes to evaluate quality or performance.

         Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.

         Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.

         Document actions by completing production and quality forms.

         Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as neede d.

 

Job requirements:

         Ability to observe and read instruments, gauges, dials, etc.

         Ability to read and interpret documents (instructions, manuals, etc.)

         Must be able to stand for long periods of time

         Manual dexterity, ability to hold awkward positions at length

         Must be able to work well with others and maintain a positive attitude

         Hand/eye coordination to inspect, assemble/disassemble product and tools as needed.

         Ability to read basic measurement tools.

         High School Diploma or GED required.

         Must be able to comfortable lift over 50lbs repetitively throughout the entire shift.

 

Hours:

Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm.
