Job Description

This role will assess applicability of Big Data and advanced analytics methods for the Predicitive Maintenanace Digital Capability. The role will require the individual to provide consulting, advice, training, and support in advanced analytics for the Predicitive Maintenance Digital Capability across all Sectors. The key focus will be lead the model development, deployment and validation for Predicitive Maintenance analytical software application. This role will also build out analytics and visualizations that will help identify "hot spots" and recommend actions, as well as identify future issues that can be addressed before they happen. Integration of the necessary data from multiple systems will also be a key responsibility. This role will require individual to become a SME for the chosen PM analytics software and gain a deep understanding of both beverage and snacks manufacturing assets. This individual will also partner with Global Business, IT , and Lead Market Field teams to execute project deliverables, develop digital solutions and insure business success criteria is met during implementation. The FLNA Killingly site and a Beverage site has been chosen as the lead sites to prove these solutions, ensure integration across the broader digital solution, and build a foundation for a wide scale, rapid global replication. After the lead sector implementation, this role will be responsible for the global implementation of predictive maintenance.

Qualifications/Requirements

* Technical degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data Science, or Operations Research with an emphasis in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or closely related area

* 5+ years experience in a large scale digital technology or business process transformation iniatives

* Subject matter expertise in supply chain data analytics technologies and business processes with a broad understanding of the upstream / downstream implications across functions

* Expertise in specific modeling techniques associated with predictive maintenance software, (For example: ThingWorx, SAP, GE)

* Manage and Influence stakeholders to drive conclusions with business basis data and analyses

* Drive to actively seek connections between data evaluation and business results

* Ability to convert business problems into statistical/analytical problems; solving; and thereafter converting back to business solutions

* Hands on experience in handling & managing large data via appropriate tools & techniques

* Excellent understanding of relevant Big Data tools like Alteryx or Tableau

* Ideally project mgmt experience, experience in virtual environments and complex settings

* Desired 3+ years in Operations and/or Supply Chain with career experience in field execution preferred

* Desired 3+ years in food and beverage industry with a preference towards Consumer Packaged Goods experience
