DESCRIPTION
The DC Supervisor provides daily leadership by using behavior based coaching and feedback to ensure that job duties and responsibilities of the associates are safely completed in a consistent, accurate, and productive manner. The DC Supervisor must motivate associates to work together in the most efficient manner. Experience in a fast paced, dynamic distribution environment.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must have experience in Inventory Control, Shipping, Receiving and Staging.
- Must have excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Monitors employee productivity and accuracy to ensure efficiency.
- Support compliance with all appropriate policies, procedures and rules.
- Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times.
- Ability to handle a fast paced environment.
- Computer literate; knowledge of WMS system preferred.
