The Scheduler/Care Coordinator is responsible for creating, coordinating and maintaining schedules for clients’ services. Schedulers interface directly with clients and caregivers to create and maintain schedules which best fit clients’ requirements. If you are a compassionate person who has prior home care scheduling experience (preferred), possess a valid STNA certification and are able to communicate professionally and effectively with caregivers and clients, you may be a great fit for this position!
