An established and progressive Chattanooga-based company is seeking a qualified candidate for a Human Resources General-Employee Development position. This HR Generalist role would require extensive work within training, testing, and developing employees to improve overall performance and competency in various areas.
In this role, the HR Generalist will work regularly with supervisors to identify areas for improvement and assist in developing the staff. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with limited supervision at times. The HR Generalist position will require some general HR duties at times. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are absolute requirements. All candidates MUST have at least two years of Human Resources experience and have performed similar duties in training and development.
- Two to five years of experience in Human Resources with an emphasis on employee development
- High school diploma/GED is required; four-year degree in a relative field strongly preferred
- Pay range of $35,000-$40,000 per year plus benefits
