Electrical Assembler

Position:  Electrical Assembler

Job Summary:  Duties include, but may not be limited to:

1. Assembly of wiring harnesses and cables as assigned.
2. Assembly of edge detectors/sensors as assigned.
3. Assembly of controllers (i.e. M1000, M4000 and Evo) as assigned.
4. Assembly of other Accuweb products as assigned.
5. Perform system startup procedures as assigned. Calibrate and evaluate system for proper burn-in.
6. Assembly of production PC boards as assigned.
7. Transducer assembly, including fine pitch, fine wire, hot air surface mount soldering.
8. Perform system checkout and burn-in for shipping as assigned.
9.  Location: Madison (East) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00-3:30Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.General skills and knowledge of electronic assembly required.Fine wire soldering experiences with RoHS solder. Circuit board/through hole and/or SMT/SMD.Self-motivated with attention to detail.Meet productivity standards, and strives to increase productivity.Consistently at work and on time.Ability to persevere with doing similar work on a daily basis.

16. Hot Air (Rework) soldering with solder-paste experience.
17. Associates degree in the electrical field or work related experience.
