Customer Service Professional - Full-time / Part-time

Responsibilities and Duties

• Respond to potential customers that call into the office and assist them in the purchase process.
• Follow-up sales calls to develop, close, and increase business and develop opportunities for new business within those targeted accounts.
• Develop and maintain communications with existing customers.
• Data enter each customer lead and follow procedures for order payment and delivery
• Manage sales leads from trade shows, partner events, group purchasing organization contracts and customer events that include end-user sales.
• Participate in customer implementations with internal personnel, sales associates, electronic commerce, customer service and the customer and support resolution of customer concerns.
• Assist in the development and execution of go-to market strategies.
• Remain flexible, and present a positive disposition in the face of changing needs and customer demands.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of one year of sales experience
• Excellent professional phone skills
• Well Organized
• Team Player
