2nd Shift Forklift Operator

Express Employment Professionals is working with a southside cold storage warehouse company to hire forklift drivers. Previous forklift experience is NOT required – the company will train you!

The forklift operator will work in a refrigerated/freezer environment picking/shelving orders for grocery clients. This associate will operate a forklift and tugger in a very fast-paced, demanding workspace. Will also manually lift boxes onto lifts.

Experience/Skills: *Strong work ethic. *Positive attitude and friendly personality. *Strong math skills. *Ability to handle very physical and demanding work. *Comfortable working in a cold environment. *Forklift experience NOT required – company will train!

Hours/Pay/Benefits: 2nd Shift, Mon-Fri 4pm-12:30am, $16.75/hr. Evaluation hire position with pay increase 90 days AFTER hire by client and yearly after that. Freezer suits are provided by the company but employees are required to purchase insulated boots for this position.
