Cleaning Specialist - Full-time / Part-time

FBG Service Corporation, an employee owned janitorial company is looking for Cleaning Specialists / Janitors for Lake Zurich, IL! No cleaning experience required, will train!

Support and help fulfill FBG's mission: to provide a clean, safe, and healthy environment for our customers. Must have good work history, must be able to work independently and with little supervision, detail oriented & have good customer service skills.

Cleaning Specialist / Janitor Openings:

• F/T Mid-shift: Days are Mon-Fri and the hours are 11am - 7:30pm. The pay is $11.50 per hour. Must be able to work later than 10pm when needed. Some weekend work will be required. Must understand basic English.
• F/T 2nd Shift: Days are Mon-Fri and the hours are 3:30pm - 12am. Pay is $10.95 per hour. Must be able to work later than 12am when needed. Some weekend work will be required.
• P/T 2nd shift: Days are Mon-Fri and the hours are between 3:30pm-12am. Start time is flexible. 4-5 hours per night. Pay is $10.95 per hour. Must be able to work later when needed. Some weekend work will be required.

Job Responsibilities :

• Clean buildings by vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing (will be trained on all equipment) and applying finishes on different flooring materials and stairs.
• Restocking supplies in bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas; refill all dispensers, soap, lotion, paper towel and toilet paper.
• Produce quality work within pre-set time frames.
• Use personal protective equipment correctly such as safety glasses and gloves.
• Follow and complete a job schedule within the time frame allowed.
• Perform other cleaning duties as specified in schedule or requested by the Program Manager.
• Lift 25 pounds unassisted up and down a full flight of stairs. Perform physical activity associated with general cleaning.
• Flexibility (Relief/Floating in different areas or other nearby buildings) required.
