Immediate opportunities available with an organization that assists hospitals, the military and government installations with imaging, scanning and digitizing of stored files.

These positions are long-term indefinite positions with possible permanent potential. 

In order to apply to this Office Assistant position you must type a minimum of 30 wpm and have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must enjoy working with paperwork all day or enjoy working on the computer performing repetitive tasks
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required
  • Minimum typing speed of 35 wpm required
  • Position requires strong eye for detail and must have strong organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Scan documents based upon client specifications
  • Ensure scanned document images are captured and legible
  • Data entry
  • Prep documents for scanning which will entail removing staples, organizing paperwork, and putting inserts and separators in files
