We at Headway Workforce Solutions are partnering with the University of Michigan Survey Research Center (SRC) to find eager and organized Part-Time Telephone Interviewers to work in a 61-station phone lab in Ann Arbor, MI. The SRC conducts some of the most widely cited and influential studies in the world. At the SRC, telephone interviewers are an important part of the survey process and are responsible for accurate and thorough data collection.
Interviewers are often phoning people who have already agreed to take part in the study. The data collected is about important topics like health, careers, confidence in the economy, family and friends in your social network, risk for suicide among teens and soldiers, and many others.

Are you able to:
- Confidently use Windows-based computers
- Communicate effectively by phone
- Availability to work at least 20 hours a week, primarily evenings and weekends; some daytime shifts may be available.
- Work until the end of your project (as little as 6 months, or long-term)
- Self-motivate to get to work and achieve goals
- Portray a professional demeanor at all times
