WrightWay Emergency Services is looking for a Team Coordinator to join our Mitigation team in Nokomis, Florida.  We are fast pace, growing company looking for people who enjoy challenges and rewarding work.  This is a full-time position with overtime. The normal schedule will be Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.

A Team Coordinator (TC) acts as an administrative assistant to the Project Managers and Superintendents with the clerical, administrative & accounting functions of organizing and managing jobs.

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES 
•    Answer and route all incoming calls to the appropriate departments or person
•    Ability to complete data entry 
•    Ensure that the team is accountable for budgets
•    Assist with coordination of schedules 
•    Ensure the completion of service requests 
•    Ability to use company software systems


 ESSENTIAL DUTIES 
•    Reports daily to management to turn in scopes, notes, paperwork, etc.
•    Handle client communications including updating progress, addressing immediate concerns, and answering questions.
•    Communicate customer concerns to the restoration manager
•    Assist in handing collections
•    Update production management on any changes in details of project 
•    Maintain detailed job notes and production paperwork
•    Daily completion of tracking paperwork, timecards, checkout forms and other necessary       paperwork.
•    Being available for routine on call emergency services and after-hours work if a disaster strikes.
•    Other duties as assigned. 


QUALIFICATIONS 
•    Prior Customer Service, Receptionist or Administrative experience.
•    Proficient in Microsoft office software, including Excel, Word and Outlook
•    Exceptional written and verbal communication.
•    Outstanding multi - task skills.
•    Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
•    Displays a friendly and professional demeanor.
