Beverage Merchandiser - Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for a Full Time Beverage Merchandiser to cover a route in the Schenectady area 3 days and Schoharie County 2 days.

   Essential Functions

·         Greets store owner or manager for any specific instructions of merchandise desired.

·         Display merchandise that meet customer’s needs, and emphasizes selling points of article such as quality and utility.

·         Places new merchandise on display.

·         Organizes customers back room.

·         Repackages any damaged packages and replace on shelf or cooler for customer.

·         Monitors shelf tag- current up to date- sale tags up on Sundays.

·         Takes inventory of stock and reports low volumes and out of stock situations. Writes orders in select accounts.

·         Assists with resets as needed.

·         Maintain current and themed P.O.S. to ensure maximum account coverage.

·         Adheres to all standards in sales manual (rotation etc.).

·         Communicates with drivers and salesmen on a regular basis.
