Job Description

Your Tasks:
- Plan and control the production schedule for finished goods based on equipment, labor and raw material availability with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and balance production and finished goods inventory levels with demand.
- Monitor production records for accuracy.
- Coordinate purchasing of raw materials, purchased parts and packaging supplies.
- Participate in production meetings, understand and assist in production forecasts and planning, and develop and share production status reports.
- Maintain order and cleanliness in all work areas through 5S and LEAN manufacturing methods.
Your Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient understanding of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Production scheduling or purchasing experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Entrepreneurial skills to handle daily team needs
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Experience working in manufacturing environment
- Effective problem solving and decision-making skills
- Experience making process improvements to scheduling, purchasing or manufacturing process
- Ability to work in a team and wear multiple hats
- Experience planning a budget and forecasting
