NHT Global is excited to announce the opening of our newest Healthy Lifestyle Center Plus in Metuchen, NJ. Our Healthy Lifestyle Center Plus is a retail storefront that showcases our beauty, lifestyle, and wellness products and serves as a customer pick up location. We are looking for a full-time Store Manager who will be responsible for driving business growth and a strong brand presence in this market.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The Store Manager is responsible for the daily operations and success of the store, with a primary focus on customer relationships and retail merchandising. The successful candidate is committed to excellent customer service and sales performance. Responsibilities include -

  • Maintain a clean and visually appealing store and greet walk-in customers in a positive, friendly manner;
  • Manage store inventory and merchandising needs;
  • Utilize NHT Global software applications in order to provide top-level support and assistance for customers;
  • Remain up-to-date with any changes related to product, promotions, back office, training, incentives, sales tools, company policies, pricing, or services and communicate the latest information to members;
  • Promote the brand image to the local market and achieve sales goals;
  • Provide information and support in response to a variety of inquiries, utilizing the knowledge of the Company and its products and services. Keep records of customer complaints and report problems;
  • Develop professional relationships with customers and ensure overall customer satisfaction;
  • Serve as the liaison between the local distributors and the Hong Kong and Corporate offices for NHT Global by effectively communicating market needs to Hong Kong sales, support & marketing teams, and the Corporate office;
  • Ensure that staff provide ongoing sales support and superior customer service;
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures; 
  • Perform any additional areas of support including but not limited to the following: basic customer service, recognition program, customer satisfaction, preferred customer retail program, autoship program, pricing, order-related inquiries, refund and return authorization procedures, new enrollment/account set up, compensation plan, policy and procedure acknowledgement and enforcement; and
  • Able to support big/small activities.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher;
  • Bilingual (Mandarin/English) required;
  • Must already have working authorization for the US;
  • At least 2 years of Store Manager experience;
  • At least 2 years of experience in team management;
  • Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills, market development ability, team management skills, and a strong sense of responsibility;
  • Must be self-motivated and exhibit natural leadership;
  • Must have a customer focused mentality and the ability to build strong customer relationships;
  • Management experience, direct selling industry experience, business development experience, or experience as a cosmetic specialist, speaker, or trainer a plus
