Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Electronics Repair Technician (ERT) position is a full-time opportunity at Gem City Digital, a family-owned and operated company in Beavercreek, Ohio. The ERT will work alongside other ERTs, to diagnose and complete electronics repair jobs; prioritize workload; manage customer interactions; coordinate inventory; and complete transactions via our in-store point-of-sale system.
Hired candidate(s) will work from our location at The Greene.
TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Electronics repair
Soldering experience
Cell phone, tablet, computer repair
Including but not limited to: screen replacement; water damage; power supply replacements; buttons; speakers, etc.
Customer service experience is a plus
QUALIFIED APPLICANTS WILL INCLUDE:
Possess at least a high school diploma, or equivalent
Be self-starter with a strong work ethic
Be open to flexible scheduling
Be available days, nights, or weekends
Be able to work independently
Be good with people/customer relations
