Monday - Saturday: 4:30 am - 10:00 pm

Sunday: 5:30 am - 9:00 pm

Shifts: Morning, Mid-day, Close

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for opening, mid-day, and closing depending on the shift
• Preparing coffee drinks, food and running the cash register
• Responsible for cleaning of the work stations and coffee house
• Face-to-face interactions with customers and providing the best customer serivce
• Handling cash with safety and security during each shift
• Maintains a clean and organized work space
• Must be able to work well with others
• Great communication with team members as well as management
• Must have reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Restocking of shelves
• Ensure the service of FRESH coffee, and all signature drinks and products during each shift

Qualification and Skills

• Must be 16 years or older
• High School Diploma or equally equivalent (If not in high school currently)
• Ability to learn quickly
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ablility to communicate with your team during each and every shift
• Ability to learn drink recipes and make them accordingly

Language

• Required: English
• Bilingual is a plus

• No previous Barista experience required
