Human Resource Assistant Clerk

Responsibilities: 

The Human Resources Assistant/Receptionist will work closely with the Human Resources Manager in carrying out HR generalist duties, such as: recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, uniform & locker distribution, billing reconciliation, new hire orientation and various other HR projects.

In addition to assisting the Human Resources Manager, receptionist duties will play a major role in this position.

The receptionist duties will include greeting guest, routing incoming calls throughout the unit, placing outbound calls when necessary, and coordinating the pre-employment process.

Another credential that is critical in the unit is strong customer relation’s skills due to working with the public and assisting employees.  

 

Qualifications:

 

·         Must have 1-2yrs of Human Resources Assistant experience/and or Administrative Assistant background.

·         Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

·         Organization Skills

·         Be able to Multi-task and think on their feet

·         Detailed orientated

·         Must be proficient in the English Language to include: Both written and oral

·         College Degree

·         Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred
