Administrative Assistant – Property Management (Part -Time)

Our client, a local property management company is looking for a part time administrative assistant who is interested in real estate or property management industry. The assistant will work about 20 hours per week, typically between the hours of 10:00 am to 2:00pm or 3:00pm. The position requires a candidate who is bilingual, Spanish.

Job Duties
  • Track and post payables and other entries into the Yardi system.
  • Matching checks with invoices
  • Providing Customer service and answering phones
  • Contact payees as directed
  • Prepare reports and other special projects.
Requirements
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office including Excel
  • High computer literacy
  • Strong math background
  • Intense eye for detail
  • Good Organizational skills
  • Have problem solving skills
Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience
  • Bilingual Spanish (Required)
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 depending on experience
