- Detail oriented (most important trait)
- Data entry- will be inputting hourly employee timecards on weekly basis
- Prepare general ledger entries
- Analyze weekly payroll entries for accuracy
- Labor Reports
- Customer Billing Reports
- A/R- enter deposits, apply customer payments, run & distribute A/R Aging
- Managing cost by asset database for customer
- General office duties- copying, filing, sorting, maintaining customer files
- Reporting- extracting data from GL and creating monthly summary cost reports
- Background in agriculture is a plus- not required
- Oracle is a plus but not necessary
- Advanced excel skills (pivot tables) – Pivot tables is a plus but can easily train
- Degree in Accounting is preferred but not a deal breaker – Not required
