About this job
Southern Restaurant Hospitality Group, LLC is a franchisee of Burger King. The porter is responsible for ensuring all key areas in the restaurant are clean as well as safe for all customers and employees. This is a part-time position Mon-Fri (20-25 hours per week) with a work schedule of 6am-10am.
Duties and Repsonsibilites:
- Mopping kitchen and lobby areas daily
- General cleaning of windows and doors
- Maintenance of all trash containers on premises
- General cleaning and maintaining outdoor areas including patio, sidewalks, walkways, etc.
- General cleaning of coolers, freezers, and shelves
- Filter fryers and cleaning broiler/fryer hoods
- Receiving and storing truck deliveries
- Assist managers with other duties as needed
Job Requirements:
- Understand basic sanitation guidelines
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Previous QSR experience preferred
