About this job
Experience: 3 to 5 years in lamination and installation of composites and marine structural components like bulkheads, stringers, frames and hull structure. Infusion experience preferred.
Carpentry skills are a plus.
Must be a US Citizen
Reliable transportation
Must have all PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
Must be at least 18 years of age, willing to submit to a background check and drug screen.

- Must also have knowledge of spray painting epoxy polyurethane and other types of marine coatings and applications.
- Must also be knowledgeable of different types of epoxy and/or plastic resins and their applications with the ability to fabricate large and small parts to specifications and performs repairs on plugs and moldings.
- Must have good communication skills with the ability to assist other workers with their daily tasks. Must have the ability to follow work instructions.
- Must be proficient at reading a tape measure, drawings and/or blueprints.
- Must observe that all safety procedures are being followed.
