Responsibilities:
  • Assist with billing and answer multi-line phone system.
  • Perform a variety of administrative functions that include record keeping and managing incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Schedule appointments and provide information to callers.
  • Generate reports, handle multiple projects, and monitor invoices.
  • Represent the brand on client/customer phone calls and face to face in the office.
Requirements:
  • Must have the ability to work during the day part time M-F 8am-12pm.
  • Must have a least 1 year of experience.
  • Must be able to pass a basic Microsoft Word, Excel, DE and writing test.
  • Great written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong commitment to confidentiality as he/she will be handling tasks an executive assistant would do.
  • Must be detailed, organized, and have the ability to multi-task.
  • Must be on time, with a positive attitude and ready to work.
  • Experience with Sage Timberline Software preferred
