Essential duties and responsibilities: - Work with Team Leader to recruit new talent - Help share the Market Center value story - Work with Team Leader to coach existing associates - Manage staff to acceptable professionalism and job performance - Assist or lead sales and business meetings - Research competition and help develop business prospecting and marketing strategies to successfully compete in market If you are goal oriented, high energy and passionate about growing, please send your resume and/or your KPA with a cover letter of why you are the right person for our dynamic organization. Salary Plus Bonus Position

You must be a hunter and recruit top agents at a very high level.

You must be familiar with the KW systems and Models

You must also be:

A Cleaner or on the way to becoming one (if you even know what this means, we need to talk)

Very Outgoing - Both in Person and Social Media (You Know Everybody)

Coachable

Team Player (We will divide and conquer)

Learning Based (Willing to teach)

The MOST competitive person you know. (If you aren't first, you are last)

Have an "IT" Factor about you.

Willing to go Above and Beyond to be the BEST

Have Goals that Shock People (If they don't they aren't BIG Enough)

Willing to do 40 Appts a month and Hire at LEAST 10 Producing Agents a month
