Job Description
Envision is currently seeking an experienced 2nd Shift Manager / Floor Technician for our family owned commercial cleaning business. We are specifically looking for an individual that is looking to build a long-term mutually beneficial relationship with a growing and successful local organization.
Basic Job Responsibilities:
- Work in partnership with Envision team members to address cleaning/client issues and feedback.
- Train and mentor team members to improve overall performance and client satisfaction.
- Fill in as necessary to ensure client facilities are serviced as agreed.
- Perform various floor care services throughout client facilities.
Qualifications:
- Previous Janitorial or Floor Care Management / Supervision Experience
- Attention to detail
- Great customer service and problem-solving skills
- Clean background and valid driver's license
- Team player and willing to go above and beyond
- Comfortable with technology
- Experience managing others
- Previous floor care experience (optional)
