Job Description 

Sheraton Greensboro/Joseph S. Koury Convention Center is seeking a Banquet Chef.  This position is responsible for executing high quality, high volume food production consistently with an emphasis on presentation.  Meal coordination and planning will require a cooperative spirit with the Sales and Convention Services team as well as the teaching and training of staff to prepare and present the highest of standards.  There must be an attention to detail, ongoing innovation, creativity as well as food cost control and excellent organizational skills.  This is a mass production operation with an a la carte expectation.


Job Requirements

  • Professional training with at least 5 years of solid management          
  • experience
  • Quality high volume food preparation experience
